Morton ISD is currently looking for a Elementary music teacher/band assistant
Applicants must have:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
- Valid teaching certificate with required music endorsements.
- Knowledge of subjects assigned and general knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
- Experience with Kodaly or Orff teaching methods is a plus.
- Adept at instructing students and managing their behavior.
- Ability to motivate students and inspire confidence needed for everyday skills and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills are also vital, as you will interact with students, parents, and educators on a daily basis.
