Join Sarang Community Church in Making Disciples of Jesus
The Children's Ministry Director serves in the core areas of next-generation ministry, including the spiritual care of children, discipleship, evangelism and outreach, and ministry leadership. The pastor will guide growing children to joyfully experience the process of becoming mature disciples of Jesus Christ, grounded in Scripture and shaped by a Christian worldview.
Working closely with the Senior Pastor and key ministry leaders, the Children's Ministry Pastor will foster healthy and warm collaboration throughout the church and help cultivate a culture in which each person is intentionally nurtured and formed as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Qualifications
- Those with firm convictions based on Reformed theology and a passion for the Gospel.
- Those with the personal maturity to respectfully serve the congregation and joyfully cooperate with fellow staff members.
- Graduates of an accredited theological seminary (M.Div, MA) Graduates or students.
- Those legally eligible to reside and work in the United States.
