Electronics Warehouse Coordinator
Location: On-Site
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Are you experienced in warehouse operations within the electronics or manufacturing industry? We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, shipping, material movement, and production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Receive, verify, and process incoming materials, parts, and equipment
- Pull, stage, and distribute materials for production and work orders
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Package and prepare domestic and international shipments
- Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and common carriers
- Create and update work orders and inventory transactions
- Stock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory locations
- Support quality processes and documentation requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of warehouse experience required
- Electronics manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling
- Comfortable using ERP systems, handheld scanners, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment
