As an Electronics Technician, you'll play a vital role in inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting circuit boards to ensure they meet high-quality standards. You'll work directly with the plant manager to support manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

What You'll Do
As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for

• Follow written electronic test procedures to verify circuit board functionality to design specifications.


• Perform visual quality inspections of Surface Mount (SMT) and Plated Through-Hole (PTH) circuit boards using lenses and microscopes.


• Troubleshoot failing circuit boards to the component level and perform precise repairs.


• Assist the Plant Manager with technical support and production needs on the manufacturing floor.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the electronics field.


• Excellent SMT and PTH soldering skills.


• Ability to read electronic circuit schematics, identify electronic components, and recognize polarity markings.


• Familiarity with the IPC-A610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies standard or ability to understand standard reference materials.


• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills (verbal and written).


• An associate degree in Electronics Technology is preferred but not required.
