JOB SUMMARY: Diagnoses and returns to service touring audio electronics, including mixing consoles, rack mount processing and networking equipment, and power amplifiers. The role centers on systematic fault isolation and module level repair, running manufacturer diagnostics, using service documentation to identify failed assemblies, replacing modules, and managing warranty and RMA claims through manufacturer service portals. Component level board repair is occasional and is not a primary funciton of this position.
