After shifts, a $45 per diem helps with meals and incidentals, and travel pay keeps you moving with ease. That’s the foundation—so you can focus on what you do best: precise, reliable soldering and rework.

The Assignment

• Contract length: 6 months (travel role)
• Location: Neenah, WI
• Compensation & support: $45/day per diem, hotel provided, travel pay, 50-hour weekly guarantee

Choose Your Track

• Solder/Rework Technician — $30/hr
  Requires Active or Expired IPC 610 or IPC 7711 Certification, or IPC JTSd .001.
• Wave Solder and Selective Solder Operator — $36/hr

What You Bring

3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience in electronics soldering, rework, or solder process operation.
