PGS Worldwide is seeking Electronics Repair Technicians in Warner Robins, Georgia for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. These positions will support the repair, assembly, modification, and maintenance of complex electronic equipment, wiring harnesses, circuit cards, and electronic warfare systems.
High school diploma or GED.
Current J-STD-001 soldering certification.
Experience with cable assembly and wiring harness fabrication or repair.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience performing electronic and/or mechanical assembly work.
Ability to obtain required soldering certifications and complete associated training requirements.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and general-purpose electronic test and measurement equipment.
U.S. citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance if required by the program.
2+ years of experience fabricating, repairing, or modifying complex electronic assemblies.
Printed Circuit Board repair experience.
Experience repairing Shop Replaceable Units or Line Replaceable Units.
Experience with military-grade pins, connectors, and associated tooling.
Experience working from controlled drawings, work instructions, or Technical Orders.
Experience supporting Electronic Warfare systems or other military electronics.
Fabricate, repair, and modify cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
Repair and rework printed circuit boards and complex electronic assemblies.
Replace electronic components and perform soldering operations.
Repair, modify, and fabricate shop and line replaceable units.
Assemble electronic and mechanical modules, boards, panels, frames, wires, and cables.
Perform continuity checks on in-process and completed assemblies.
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble electronic equipment according to specifications.
Use electronic test equipment and precision tools to support troubleshooting and repair activities.
Maintain required production and quality documentation.
$22.65 per hour.
