Electronics Repair Technician/ Troubleshooting/ Service/ PCB / SMT Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, adjust, and test electronic equipment in a production and service environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on electronic troubleshooting and component-level repair experience , along with strong SMT experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, adjust, and test electronic equipment in a production and service environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of hands-on electronic troubleshooting and component-level repair experience, along with strong SMT experience.

Important: This position requires Electronic Technician / Electronic Service Repair experience. Electrician experience alone does not qualify.Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices down to the component level.
• Use schematics, digital multimeters (DMM), oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform testing, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of electronic equipment.
• Work in a production test environment.
• Perform SMT (Surface Mount Technology) troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnose electronic hardware issues and identify defective components.
• Maintain accurate test and repair documentation.
• May perform duties as a Bench Technician.
• May provide technical troubleshooting support to end users by phone and email.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree (AA/AS) in Electronics or equivalent Electronic Technician certification preferred/required.
• Alternatively, 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics service/repair may be considered.
• 3 5 years of electronic troubleshooting and repair experience.
• SMT experience is required.
• Component-level electronic troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience using:
  • Digital Multimeters (DMM)
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Function Generators
  • Power Supplies
  • Electronic test and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working in a production test environment.
