We are hiring Electronics Debug Technicians to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will troubleshoot, test, and repair printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic products to the component level using electronic test equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB repair, troubleshooting, and component-level diagnostics.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical assemblies to the component level.
Perform PCB and PCBA debugging using schematics, work instructions, and test procedures.
Operate electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
Identify and resolve product failures while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with equipment installation, validation, and debugging activities.
Support engineering teams with troubleshooting and process improvements.
Create and maintain debug guides and technical documentation.
Train and assist technicians on PCB troubleshooting techniques and repair procedures.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies or PCBAs.
Ability to perform component-level diagnostics and repairs.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or repair is preferred.

Candidates must be willing to travel to Guadalajara, Mexico for approximately 60 days of paid training before beginning work in Memphis. Travel arrangements will be provided by the employer.
