Pay Rate: $20$22/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
The Role: Quality Assurance
You'll be crucial to maintaining quality standards by inspecting printed circuit board assemblies and other components. Key tasks include:
Operating advanced inspection equipment (e.g., Mirtec AOI, Phoenix X-ray).
Conducting first article, in-process, and final inspections against IPC standards.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring quality system compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory: Previous quality control or inspection experience.
Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to interpret engineering documents.
Preferred: Experience in electronics manufacturing, familiarity with IPC-A-610, and comfort with computer-based equipment.
