Your Impact

• Assemble electronic components with precision and care.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Execute basic tests on finished units to confirm proper operation.
• Read and follow diagrams, blueprints, or technical documentation.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation in a fast-moving setting.

What You Bring

• Preferred: experience in electronics assembly, general manufacturing, or warehouse roles; entry-level candidates with a learner’s mindset encouraged.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and careful technique.
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings/specs; soldering or schematic literacy is a notable plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a cooperative approach.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs routinely.
