PAY RATE: $56.97/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary:

• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas.

• Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions for equipment setup and repair.

• Operates related equipment and conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

• Performs calibration and alignment checks on equipment and systems.

• Makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements to equipment as directed.

• Prepares prescribed compounds and solutions for equipment operation and maintenance.

• Applies knowledge and experience in vacuum systems and pneumatic systems.

• Replaces cryo's, pumps, and chillers on heavy machinery.

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses heavy machinery used in manufacturing line.

• Handles hazardous chemicals and gases safely per procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with high pressurized systems.

• 2 years of troubleshooting experience.

• Experience using multimeters for diagnostics.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery used in manufacturing line.

• Experience in handling hazardous chemicals and gases.

• Experience with vacuum systems and pneumatic systems.

• Experience replacing cryo's, pumps, and chillers on heavy machinery.

• Ability to work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.

• Experience performing calibration, adjustments, and modifications on equipment.
