Electronics Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift

    Hatfield, PA | Onsite
    Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
    $95,000–$110,000 Base Salary + $5,000 Shift Differential + 7% Target Annual Bonus

Lead the Team. Own the Shift. Improve Reliability.

Clemens Food Group is expanding production and looking for an Electronics Maintenance Supervisor to lead our second-shift electronics team.

This is a frontline leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong people leadership with practical industrial electronics experience. You'll lead and develop a four-person technician team, partner closely with Production, set maintenance priorities, and help improve equipment reliability.

You don't need to be an advanced PLC programmer or the most technical person on the team. We're looking for a leader who understands industrial electronics, can guide technicians through the work, and knows how to get results through people.

    What You'll Lead

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four electronics technicians, including one lead technician.
    • Set daily priorities and manage technician workloads across breakdowns, preventive maintenance, backlog, and planned work.
    • Partner closely with Production and Operations to communicate priorities, resolve equipment issues, and support production needs.
    • Provide technical leadership during equipment and electronics troubleshooting, helping technicians work through problems effectively.
    • Drive improvement in preventive maintenance completion, planned work, and overall equipment reliability.
    • Take ownership of second-shift execution, making decisions and adjusting resources as production conditions change.
    • Reinforce safe work practices and compliance with electrical, regulatory, and food-safety requirements.

    The Technical Foundation

You don't need to know everything, but you should bring enough industrial electronics experience to credibly lead the work.

We're looking for practical experience with areas such as:

    • Industrial electronics and electrical troubleshooting
    • Motors and motor circuits
    • 120V and 480V industrial circuits
    • Multimeters, amperage checks, and electrical diagnostics
    • Reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting production equipment

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, controls, and automation systems is valuable, but advanced PLC programming is not required.

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in industrial electronics maintenance, automation, or controls.
    • Experience troubleshooting electronics or control systems in a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, or directing others.
    • Ability to prioritize work and deploy resources in an active production environment.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with Production and Operations.

    Nice to Have

    • Previous formal supervisory experience.
    • Food or protein manufacturing experience.
    • PLC and VFD familiarity.
    • Spanish/English bilingual capability.

    Why This Opportunity?

You'll have meaningful ownership of second shift and the flexibility to lead your team without being micromanaged. You'll inherit a young technician team with an opportunity to coach, develop, and raise capability while strengthening the partnership between Electronics and Operations.

You'll also have experienced technical resources around you, providing opportunities to continue developing your own knowledge of PLCs, automation, and other plant systems.

If you're an experienced manufacturing maintenance or electronics professional who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving reliability, and taking ownership, we'd like to hear from you.
