Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.

The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth, and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence. The Electronics Engineer II is an individual contributor on the LE2 - Tactical Avionics Test team supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. You will spearhead, HW tracking, Troubleshooting, and security efforts. Work is performed under the direction of senior engineers and is focused on delivering hardware deliverables on schedule. This role blends system integration and test‑equipment development in a fast‑paced, mission‑oriented environment.

• Test and troubleshoot HW at CCA and Package level.
• Procure and Track Equipment, Create Securiy CONOPs, and align multi functional test schedules
• Preform schedule analysis based on equipment availability, HW delivery dates, and personnel readiness.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience supporting test programs at CCA and Package Level.
• Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
• 1+ years professional experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.

Desired Skills

• Experience in Missile or Space Avionics circuit design.
• Missile design experience.
• Full program/product life-cycle experience.
• Experience in ASIC/FPGA development.
• Flight and/or Motor Controls experience.
• Experience with design for manufacture and test.
• Experience with PSPICE, Saber or other electronics simulation tool experience.
• Experience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis).
• Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00
