• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in electronics assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in electronics assembly or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in an assembly environment.
