    Electronics Assembler (TEMPORARY)
    This is a temporary position and the qualified candidate will be assigned to an agency of our choice to work with. There is a high potential of the role becoming a full time position.
     
    Location: Logan, UT

    Basic Job Functions:  
     
    Assembly Responsibilities:
    • Rotates to each production line on a regular basis and is able to perform each assembly expertly
    • Inspects raw materials for quality
    • Performs mechanical assembly according to manufacturing assembly processes
    • Documents quality at various stages of production and documents quality tests
    • Audits product when ready for shipment when needed
    • Works according to the maxims of the company
     
    Continuous Improvement and Quality Improvement:
    Actively participate in continuous improvement in the following ways:
    • Flow and pull value 
    • One-Piece Flow
    • Mistake-Proofing
    • 5S
    • Visual Workplace
    • Kanban Systems
    • Quality at the Source (QATS)
    Success in this area would result in the company being able to meet the following KPI’s:
    • Shipments/Employee (shipping more with less)  
     
    Physical Requirements:  
    • Close vision, Color vision   
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis   
    • Ability to extensively use hands to assemble product   
    • Ability to use arms and hands to reach and twist repetitively   
    Working Hours:  
    Full-time, 40 hrs / week commitment. Generally work Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm. More hours may be required from time to time to adequately perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
