Electronics Assembler / Solderer

Location: Stacy, MN
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler / Solderer to join a growing manufacturing team in Stacy, MN. This role is responsible for assembling electronic components, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform hand soldering of electronic parts and circuit boards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous electronics assembly experience required
• Strong soldering skills required
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
