Design and develop electrical control systems for custom automation equipment
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Direct Logic) Create and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD software
Integrate robotics, motion control, and vision systems into manufacturing processes
Design and configure control panels for automation systems
Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated equipment
Diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site as needed
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions
Provide technical support to customers and ensure system functionality and performance
Apply knowledge of electrical theory, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety controls in system design
Travel occasionally (up to ~10%) to support projects and customer needs

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Strong experience with PLC programming and ladder logic systems
Solid understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system design
Knowledge of servo systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation technologies
Experience with motion control systems and safety controls (E-stops, machine guarding, etc.)
Proficiency with CAD or electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Exposure to robotics or automated manufacturing systems is highly desirable
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-person engineering environment
