Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $23.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent education (2-year technical degree in electronics technology) or military maintenance background.
  • Ability to use multimeters, basic hand tools, oscilloscopes, and measuring devices.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate business systems.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical aptitude.
  • Willingness to work in an industrial shop/maintenance base environment with exposure to oil, grease, mud, and field-returned equipment.
  • Ability to wear coveralls and appropriate PPE.
  • Availability for weekend rotation and extended hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history.
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, including reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts, and repair authorization numbers.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Implement cost of service delivery projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
  • Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and repair of electronic and electromechanical equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calipers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Assemble and build components such as bearing packs.
  • Conduct testing, including flow loop testing, and basic programming tasks.
  • Work within assigned workstation areas and rotate tasks periodically.
  • Maintain production targets and support equipment turnaround efficiency.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with rotary steerable or similar oilfield equipment.
  • Soldering experience.
  • ISO certifications.
