Position Overview
FieldBridge is hiring an Electronic Technician to support on-time equipment delivery for maintenance operations in Prudhoe Bay. This role focuses on reliability-centered maintenance, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement within a Maintenance Base environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain assigned equipment according to the reliability-centered maintenance program and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Record materials, labor costs, and maintenance history (work orders, parts used, time to maintain) with transactional discipline in TLM business systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery
  • Help reduce equipment downtime and turnaround time related to maintenance, parts, and failures
  • Participate in failure investigations and maintain compliance with the TLM Competency Management System

Required Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining industrial/mechanical or electronic equipment in a field or maintenance base setting
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance documentation
  • Ability to work a 3-weeks-on/3-weeks-off rotation with 12+ hour shifts
  • Local Alaska residency preferred; mid-career mechanics preferred
  • Must list current location on resume
