Position Summary
Responsible for performing complex, component-level repairs on electronic products. This role includes troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing results to improve repair processes and product performance. The technician will utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic products
- Develop and refine test and repair procedures for existing and new products
- Research repair methods and testing requirements for new equipment
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and RF test equipment
- Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repair issues
- Support training and development of new team members
- Identify opportunities to reduce unrepairable product rates
- Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
- Perform routine repair tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or
- High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
- Solid computer proficiency
