Where you’ll make an impact
- Conduct visual inspections of electronic assemblies, components, and incoming materials
- Separate conforming from nonconforming items using established standards
- Document defects and escalate findings to Quality Assurance
- Assist with containment and rework activities as needed
- Keep clear, accurate records of inspections and sorting
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area
Compensation
- Base pay: $16.00/hr
- 2nd shift premium: $1.00/hr — total $17.00/hr
- 3rd shift premium: $1.50/hr — total $17.50/hr
What success looks like
- Unwavering attention to detail and quality
- Dependable attendance and follow-through
- Comfort following written and verbal instructions
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Helpful background
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Standout experience
- Previous quality inspection or sorting work
- Time in electronics, circuit board assembly, or similar settings
- Basic computer skills for recording results
