to join a growing manufacturing team assembling precision electronic components and sensors used in advanced technology applications.

What You'll Do

• Assemble electronic components, cables, and sensors using detailed work instructions.

• Perform hand soldering and basic bonding processes.

• Work under a microscope to complete precision assembly tasks.

• Read and follow diagrams, drawings, work orders, and assembly procedures.

• Conduct basic product testing and inspections.

• Maintain accurate production records using computer systems.

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

• Comfortable working with small parts and delicate components.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed work.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, soldering, or electronics experience is helpful but not required.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
