TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Electronic Assemblers in Hockley TX!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person

PAY RATE:  $17+ per hour

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assemble small electronic devices and components according to instructions and specifications.
• Work with small parts, wires, connectors, circuit boards, and other electronic components.
• Perform soldering and basic rework as needed.
• Use hand tools and basic electronic assembly equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic testing of assembled devices.
• Follow safety and ESD procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous electronic assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with small components and perform detailed, repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn for candidates without previous electronics experience.
