Summary:

  • Shift: Mon - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM]

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire all established health and safety rules.
  • Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adhere to the production plan schedule while producing high-quality products to standards.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
  • Receive detailed instructions on all work and work under close supervision.
  • Act as a champion of the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
  • Ensure time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work area schedule.
  • Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and maintain efficiencies.
  • Ability to sit for an extended amount of time.
  • Ability to work under a microscope.
  • Perform hand soldering.
  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures, and follow verbal directions.
  • Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly.
  • Perform bonding processes.
  • Fabricate cable assemblies.
  • Perform routine hands-on assembly tasks in the manufacture of Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers, or BondMaster sensors.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, or BondMaster inspection methods and its application in the sensor assembly process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills and literacy are a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-managed individual who works independently with minimum supervision.
