Electronic Assembler – Data Server Manufacturing
Location: Northeast Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary
Pay Rate: $20-21.50/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our data server manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assemble electronic components, install hardware, connect cables, and follow detailed work instructions to build high-quality data servers. This position requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

• 
  Assemble data servers and electronic components according to work instructions and specifications.
  
• 
  Install computer hardware, including memory, processors, power supplies, and other components.
  
• 
  Route, connect, and secure cables within server racks and assemblies.
  
• 
  Use hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  
• 
  Read and follow assembly diagrams, work orders, and technical instructions.
  
• 
  Inspect components and completed assemblies for defects or improper installation.
  
• 
  Identify and report missing, damaged, or defective parts.
  
• 
  Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate production records and follow established procedures.
  
• 
  Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
  
• 
  Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred.
  
• 
  Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components is a plus.
  
• 
  Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed assembly tasks.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  
• 
  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• 
  Basic computer skills preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience assembling computers, servers, or electronic equipment.

  Familiarity with cable routing, wiring, and component installation.
  
• 
  Ability to read technical drawings or assembly diagrams.
  
• 
  Experience working in a data center hardware or electronics manufacturing environment.
  
• 
  Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures.
  

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility that builds data servers and related electronic hardware. Employees will work with small electronic components, cables, tools, and computer hardware while following safety and quality standards.
