Electronic Assembler II 1st & 2nd Shift
The Panther Group is seeking experienced Electronic Assembler II candidates for multiple openings in Austin, TX. These positions involve electronic assembly, hand soldering, component installation, and rework in a manufacturing environment.
We have openings on both first and second shifts.

The Panther Group is seeking experienced Electronic Assembler II candidates for multiple openings in Austin, TX. These positions involve electronic assembly, hand soldering, component installation, and rework in a manufacturing environment.
We have openings on both first and second shifts.
Responsibilities
Perform electronic assembly, including hand soldering of electronic components and wires.
Install connectors and perform component-level assembly.
Apply epoxy and tack bonding materials as required.
Perform soldering, rework, and repair of electronic assemblies.
Inspect assemblies and identify defects or workmanship issues.
Use work instructions, drawings, and schematics to complete assembly tasks.
Operate or support automated optical inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection (AXI), and soldering equipment as needed.
Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
Previous electronic assembly or manufacturing experience required.
Hands-on hand soldering experience required.
Experience with connector installation, electronic rework, and component-level assembly preferred.
Familiarity with IPC Class 3 soldering standards and J-STD requirements preferred.
Experience with AOI, X-ray inspection, SMT, selective soldering, or wave soldering equipment is a plus.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
