Adecco is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for Pacific Scientific in Hollister, CA! We’re looking for candidates with mechanical or electronics assembly experience who thrive in a precision-driven manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components using drawings and work instructions

• Perform precision assembly, soldering, cabling, PCB loading, and rework

• Use hand tools, microscopes, and specialized production equipment

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy

• Follow strict safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures

• Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency

What You’ll Need:

• 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Soldering/electronics assembly experience preferred

• IPC J-STD or IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred

Mon–Thu: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Fri–Sun: 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
