Electronic Assembler

• Location: Claremore, OK
• Duration: 6+ Month Contract 
• Pay: 20/hr, W 2
• 1^st Shift (5am – 3pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform high- and low-temperature soldering of electronic components and assemblies.
• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products according to engineering drawings, assembly prints, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Identify and verify values of common electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and connectors.
• Utilize hand and power tools including sockets, drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly equipment.
• Route, connect, and terminate wiring in accordance with specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
• Report quality, material, or process issues to appropriate team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, electronics, mechanical, or related experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous electronic assembly or soldering experience.
• Experience reading blueprints, electrical schematics, or wiring diagrams.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools.
• IPC soldering certification or similar technical training is a plus.
