Electromechanical Repair Supervisor - Industrial - Base Salary to 108k/year - York, PA

• Our client is seeking a Electromechanical Repair Supervisor for an onsite position in York, PA for their 2nd shift operations. This role oversees a team responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• The supervisor will provide technical oversight, assist with equipment repairs, coordinate daily service activities, and ensure completed work meets established safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily repair operations and provide technical direction to technicians servicing industrial electromechanical equipment.
• Review repair assignments, monitor work completion, and verify compliance with established repair and safety procedures.
• Assist technicians with diagnosing electrical and mechanical equipment failures and performing complex repairs.
• Inspect equipment components, identify mechanical wear or electrical defects, and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, equipment disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and operational testing.
• Monitor repair quality and verify equipment performance before work orders are completed.
• Provide technical instruction, participate in employee performance evaluations, and support technician development.
• Maintain service documentation, update repair records, and utilize computerized work order systems.
• Operate specialized repair tools and equipment while following established material-handling and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of electromechanical equipment repair experience, including troubleshooting and servicing industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and testing.
• Experience using mechanical tools and equipment for industrial repair applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to provide personal tools and toolbox required for the position.
• Availability to participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
• Ability to use computers for service documentation, work orders, and repair records.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 85k - 108k/year range
