Overview of the Role - Electromechanical Maintenance Technician III
As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician III in our manufacturing facility, you will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and improving complex manufacturing equipment and automated production systems. Your day may include diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures, troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, supporting automation systems, analyzing downtime trends, and leading significant repair or reliability improvement projects. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to maximize equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring other technicians, and making a direct impact on equipment reliability, safety, and manufacturing performance. Successful candidates bring advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls troubleshooting skills along with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
