Your Impact
- Own preventive maintenance: execute scheduled PMs and record your work with accuracy.
- Manage the PM calendar so nothing slips and equipment remains compliant and reliable.
- Maintain parts, tools, and consumables so repairs and PMs stay on track.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic issues safely and efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools correctly; fabricate or modify components when needed.
- Elevate performance: drive improvements to uptime, product quality, and line efficiency.
- Follow safety, quality, and ISO procedures without compromise.
- Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering with clear, professional communication.
- Leverage Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office to coordinate, log work, and share updates.
- Support additional assignments that arise in a dynamic production environment.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with hydraulic and electrical systems and strong electrical safety awareness.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Fluency with metric and standard tools.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving track record.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable with Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and daily production demands.
- Bonus: Spanish bilingual. Bonus: Electronics or ISO experience.
Physical Capabilities
- On your feet most of the shift: standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Frequent bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching around equipment.
- Routinely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Work safely around standard manufacturing and machine shop hazards.
- Use a computer comfortably when required.
