    Your Mission

Keep advanced semiconductor systems running. Partner directly with customers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and restore equipment performance with minimal downtime. Expect 20–30% domestic travel to customer sites and our service center.

    • Perform service at customer locations or the service center: scheduled PMs, unscheduled repairs, consumable swaps, installations, and start-ups.
    • Independently run preventive maintenance activities with precision and completeness.
    • Interpret operation manuals to pinpoint root causes of tool failures across mechanics, hardware, software, and system interfaces.
    • Use service checklists/protocols and document every action—PM, downtime, issues, and time spent—within customers’ systems, producing reports that justify product movements and onsite work.
    • Own parts logistics: order, expedite, and alert customers/management when product replacement is required.
    • Escalate design-related issues to engineering and management for resolution; be the customer’s technical point of contact.
    • Provide hands-on support for phase-one CMP tool installation (dock, level, interconnect) under supervision to prepare for safe power-on.
    • Deliver technical guidance to field technicians and field service engineers; train and mentor Field Service Technicians I–III.
    • Assist with service center operations and support other customer sites when needed.

    Compliance and Safety

    • Complete Finesse training to ensure accurate parts usage tracking and transactions.
    • Follow EBARA and customer safety policies; complete all required safety training.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Associate of Science in Electronics, an accredited basic electronics program, or equivalent experience.
