We are looking for Electromechanical Engineers with extensive experience in designing and integrating complex electronic hardware.
The roles focus on creating detailed mechanical layouts for Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) boards, selecting appropriate connectors, and ensuring fit, clearance, and tolerance compliance using PTC Creo and Windchill.
You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support DFM/DFA reviews, define and oversee test plans, and manage board integration with enclosures.
Cable and harness design, as well as Zuken experience, are strong pluses.
Documentation, BOM management, and cross functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, systems, reliability, and manufacturing teams are essential.

Required Experience:
Must have a Bachelor degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Must have at least 3 years of hands on experience with CCA board mechanical design, connector selection, and manufacturing support.
Must have at least 3 years of hands on experience with Creo and Windchill
Must have at least 3 years of hands on experience with Zuken, IPC standards, and aerospace/defense product cycles
Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skills are a must, as is the ability to produce high quality design documentation and guide test and integration activities.
