Docking Station Assembly: Perform electromechanical assembly of docking stations in accordance with drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
Power & Control Wiring: Perform control, metering, and CT wiring, as well as power cable terminations and lug installation, routing, and labeling, in accordance with wiring diagrams and workmanship standards.
Connections & Torque: Make breaker, device, and cable connections to bus, torque bolted connections to specification using calibrated torque tools, verify electrical spacings and clearances per drawings, and record torque as required.
Equipment Operation: Operate wire processing, crimping (including hydraulic crimping for power lugs), drilling, cutting, and punching equipment, as well as the hand, power, and torque tools required to complete the job safely and accurately.
Pre-Test Checks: Perform wiring and continuity checks, torque verification, spacing checks, and visual self-inspection of completed assemblies before release to testing.
Quality: Take ownership of the quality of completed work, inspecting it against drawings, specifications, and applicable UL requirements, and identifying and correcting defects.
Utilization & Efficiency: Manage individual utilization and efficiency, meeting production targets and timelines while maintaining quality.
Records & BOM Management: Create and maintain accurate job records and bills of materials (BOMs) in Epicor ERP.
