    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Carson, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of complex electromechanical systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.     **Job Summary

    **

    Assemble, wire, and integrate electro-mechanical products according to engineering drawings, BOMs and schematics, while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

    **Key Duties

    **

    • Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, panels, harnesses, and subassemblies.

    • Solder PCB assemblies (thru-hole and SMT), harnesses/cables.

    • Read and follow drawings, schematics, BOMs and related documentation

    • Perform self-inspections to ensure quality and workmanship.

    • Identify and report assembly or documentation issues.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area.

    **Requirements

    **

    • 1–5 years of electro-mechanical and/or electronics assembly experience preferred.

    • Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, and basic troubleshooting.

    • Proficient with hand tools and basic measuring tools, and soldering iron.

    • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability.

    **Physical Demands

    **

    • Stand or sit for extended periods.

    • Perform repetitive hand and fine motor tasks.

    • Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, reach, pull

      up to 25 lbs. when necessary

    • Ability to distinguish wire colors and inspect small components.
