**Job Summary
**
Assemble, wire, and integrate electro-mechanical products according to engineering drawings, BOMs and schematics, while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
**Key Duties
**
Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, panels, harnesses, and subassemblies.
Solder PCB assemblies (thru-hole and SMT), harnesses/cables.
Read and follow drawings, schematics, BOMs and related documentation
Perform self-inspections to ensure quality and workmanship.
Identify and report assembly or documentation issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area.
**Requirements
**
1–5 years of electro-mechanical and/or electronics assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, and basic troubleshooting.
Proficient with hand tools and basic measuring tools, and soldering iron.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability.
**Physical Demands
**
Stand or sit for extended periods.
Perform repetitive hand and fine motor tasks.
Must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk, reach, pull
up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Ability to distinguish wire colors and inspect small components.
