    The Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development, and operational oversight of the organization's ECT program, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered delivery of ECT services across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role serves as the primary nursing resource for patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the ECT treatment process. The ECT Coordinator facilitates patient preparation, treatment scheduling, clinical communication, education, documentation, quality monitoring, and program improvement activities. The position works collaboratively with psychiatry, anesthesia, nursing, behavioral health teams, medical providers, and operational leaders to establish reliable workflows that support high-quality ECT care.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Have a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
    • Healthcare Provider CPR certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date in position
    • Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, ECT, PACU or OR experience preferred
    • ACLS certification or received within 3 months of hire
    • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate complex clinical processes; Crisis / De-escalation
    • Experience with quality improvement, clinical education, or program development
