We are seeking and Electro-Mechanical Technician in Jeannette, PA
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to accurately assemble low voltage control panels.
-Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping of connections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
-Utilize hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to assemble and test electrical components.
-Conduct functional tests on assembled products to identify and address any issues, working closely with the quality control team.
-Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of electrical components.
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Associate degree or trade school degree.
-Experience in wiring.
-Proven experience as an Integration Technician in a manufacturing or production setting.
-Familiarity with electrical components, circuits, and assembly techniques.
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately.
-Proficient in using basic hand tools and other assembly equipment.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
-Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
-Basic knowledge of UL508A a plus.
