## Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in machinery and equipment.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
