What success looks like

• Rapid troubleshooting of robotic, PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Confident repairs on AC/DC servo drives, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Preventive maintenance plans that prevent repeat failures and extend asset life.
• Fluent interpretation of electrical schematics; accurate equipment installation and wiring.
• Consistent machine safety inspections and strict LOTO practices.

Must-have background

• Two-year college or technical school credentials; and/or 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• Direct PLC experience with Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley platforms.
• Balanced strength in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance (both are essential).
• Experience with AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives.

Schedule and setting
