Electro‑Mechanical Service Technician (Converting & Finishing Lines)
Compensation: $24/hr
Hours: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday

What you’ll do
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production assets
Repair and maintain equipment to spec using diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation
Work across die cutters, presses, inserters, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
Use hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments to verify quality repairs
Fabricate and repair parts utilizing welding and machine shop techniques
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and complete condition inspections
Champion safe, efficient operation across all machinery
What you bring
Industrial maintenance background with solid electrical and mechanical repair experience
Fluency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience with lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting discipline and problem-solving skills
