Your Mission
Keep our TFL wood lamination operation running at peak performance by preventing failures before they happen and resolving issues fast when they do. You’ll be the go-to expert on Siemens PLCs, Lenze VFDs, and the mechanical systems that power a high-pressure thermal oil press environment.
Impact You’ll Make
- Apply expert mechanical maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, drives, and controls.
- Execute facility maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient plant.
- Operate and care for complex production systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
- Document issues, actions, and outcomes with accuracy.
- Champion safety and environmental compliance every shift.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in industrial maintenance.
- Strong background with high-pressure thermal oil press operations.
- Fluency with Siemens logic controllers and VFD systems (Lenze included).
- Broad knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical prints and machine diagrams.
- Experience with motors, relays, and gear boxes.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Effective communicator; MS Office capable.
- Can lift heavy loads and work across varied conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
