Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician (Process Manufacturing)
Location: Millington, TN | Type: Contract-to-Hire
A day in the life
You arrive before shift change, review overnight logs, and take the handoff. A line alarm points to a PLC fault—you dive into the control logic, trace the issue to a failed sensor input, and get production moving again. Midday, you knock out preventive maintenance on dust collection and pneumatic conveying equipment, swap worn valves, and inspect ductwork. A call comes in for a piping leak; you cut, fit, and weld a replacement section. Before the day closes, you move through the SAP-driven CMMS, document your work orders, and plan tomorrow’s PMs.
