Join a fast-moving manufacturing team where your mechanical know‑how and troubleshooting instincts keep production humming. You’ll work with a high degree of independence, tackling both mechanical and basic electrical challenges to reduce downtime and elevate equipment reliability.

Location & Employment

  • Location: Spring Park, MN 55384
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $30–$45/hour (DOE; flexible based on experience)
  • Training: Approximately 1 month on 1st shift
  • Regular Shift: 2nd Shift
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–11:30 PM; Friday, 1:30 PM–5:30 PM

A Day in the Life

  • Start your shift by reviewing production priorities and open work orders.
  • Quickly diagnose issues on critical production equipment—mechanical first, electrical when needed—to get lines back online.
  • Execute preventative maintenance to extend asset life and prevent repeat failures.
  • Tune and verify systems using tools such as VFDs and PLC interfaces; verify conveyors and servo motors are operating to spec.
  • Document repairs, parts used, and follow-up actions; communicate status and insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate when it helps, operate independently when it counts—owning outcomes and uptime.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Comfort troubleshooting electrical issues; formal electrical experience is preferred, not required.
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
  • Boiler’s License highly preferred.
  • Safety-first mindset and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with leadership.
