If you thrive in a manufacturing plant, this role puts you at the heart of uptime—diagnosing issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while championing safety and preventive maintenance.

    A day in the life

You start by reviewing job assignments, PM sheets, and wiring diagrams. A line calls in a fault—the conveyor trips a breaker. You trace schematics, isolate the issue, swap a gearbox and bearing, and dial in final adjustments. Later, you partner with operators on a changeover, simplify the setup steps, and document improvements. Before shift-end, you support the supervisor across production lines, attend a quick project meeting, and line up tomorrow’s work orders.
