    A day in this role

    As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you are the force that keeps production moving. You start by reviewing overnight work orders in the CMMS, prioritize preventive tasks to protect uptime, and then pivot to hands-on diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, combustion, and electronic systems. Between planned work, you inspect, operate, and test equipment to validate performance and reliability.

    What you will do

    • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably across the facility.
    • Diagnose faults and repair issues on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic machinery, combustion systems, and electrical or electronic equipment.
    • Install, assemble, rebuild, and repair a wide range of equipment while supporting facility infrastructure needs.
    • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to confirm proper function after service.
    • Own projects and planning events, interface with suppliers, and lead contracting activities as needed.
    • Work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, parts, and documentation.
    • Identify, specify, and utilize appropriate spare and replacement parts.
    • Participate in and lead training while actively supporting EHS, Human Performance, and company or department objectives.

    Schedule and coverage

    • Availability for shift and weekend work is required.
    • Holiday and emergency coverage are also required.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
