Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist (Industrial Manufacturing)
Alliance / Northeast Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

You triage a sensor fault, swap a worn drive belt, and fine-tune a motor — all before your first break. What You’ll Tackle
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and other electrical components
- Maintain forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment
- Complete minor facility and building repairs as needed
- Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards
What You Bring
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with production or fabrication equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial electrical systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and equipment diagrams
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass required background and drug screening
