Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist (CNC/PLC Systems)
Picture your shift: it’s 7:30 PM on Monday. You grab your PPE, sync up with Production & Logistics, and review the night’s priorities. Before the lines ramp to full speed, you complete a few key PMs, verify safety interlocks, and check robot cells. When a CNC throws a fault or a PLC routine misbehaves, you’re the first to the scene—diagnosing quickly, repairing safely, and getting equipment back online with minimal downtime.

- Long-term career pathways, skill advancement, and certification opportunities.
- Hands-on exposure to CNC, PLCs, robotics (FANUC/KUKA), motor controls/drives, industrial networks, and automated tooling.
- Plenty of opportunity to build preventative-maintenance mastery and earn overtime.
Schedule
Full-time 2nd shift (Overnight), Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM.
