• Compensation: $30 – $35 per hour
• Shifts: 2nd (2:30pm – 11:00pm) or 3rd (10:30pm – 7:00am)

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to tackle a mix of preventive maintenance and fast-turn repairs. One hour you’re installing conduit and power for a new robot cell; the next you’re diagnosing a finicky motor drive, swapping bearings, or tracing a control fault from a PLC input to a sensor. You’ll read schematics, work from manuals, and collaborate closely with team leaders—while coaching junior techs through tougher challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Install and connect power wiring, conduit, and cabling for equipment such as robots, presses, and PLC systems
• Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical issues (motors, controls, lighting, circuit boards)
• Replace bearings, rewire motors, and verify repairs on robotic/automated systems
• Troubleshoot escalated problems and guide less-experienced technicians
• Interpret schematics and manuals to execute repairs and new installations
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team leads; document work
• Stay current with new technologies and expand your technical toolkit

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from a technical college (1 year) or equivalent training/experience
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance (electrical and mechanical), ideally in manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and safety procedures
• Background across both mechanical and electrical systems preferred
• Comfort working in PPE with physical tasks (standing, kneeling, tool use)
• Licenses to operate lifts or powered industrial trucks are a plus
