When the plant winds down, your work begins. In this hands-on role supporting an automotive manufacturing operation, you’ll keep molding cells, facility systems, and utilities healthy through smart preventive care and fast, thoughtful troubleshooting. What you’ll do
Execute preventive maintenance on molding machines, peripheral equipment, compressors, dryers, and general building systems.
Diagnose issues using data, schematics, and observations; assist with corrective actions on machinery and facility equipment.
Apply meters and instruments to measure voltage, temperature, current, and air flow to pinpoint root causes.
Repair and restore electrical and hydraulic systems by leveraging knowledge of parts, fittings, components, and system functions.
Schedule & pay
Third shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday (overtime as needed)
Compensation: $27.00–$32.00 per hour
What you bring
One of the following: (a) a one‑year certificate from a college/technical school plus 3 years of related machine and facilities maintenance experience; or (b) a High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of related experience.
Comfort with periods of computer-based work (updating logs, reviewing documentation, and entering CMMS data).
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Reliability to work the schedule set by management.
Strong team orientation and collaboration mindset.
